The first step is to contact us by submitting our online form, or by emailing our Consultation Coordinators directly at: [email protected]. If you have already been in touch with a consult coordinator, instructions on how to take appropriate photos for evaluation are as follows. We request that our surgical patients submit recent photos that are taken with no flash, in-room or natural lighting. Please submit front and profile views – both looking straight ahead and then also looking down at the toes.

For rhinoplasty patients, we also request these same photos, along with a photo of the underside of the nostrils from the base view (taken with your head tilted upwards). We strongly recommend that you enlist the aid of another person to take these photos so the angles and lighting are optimal. After receiving your photos and completed New Patient Paperwork, a Consult Coordinator will be in touch to schedule your virtual consultation. Photos provided will always remain confidential and are never shared – your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The only photos and videos shared on our website, and within social media platforms, are from those patients who have given us specific written consent.

For the virtual consult, you will need to have a Zoom account set up. Zoom is available for download from the website, Apple App Store and the Google Play store. After the consult, a Consult Coordinator will be able to help you secure a surgical date with a deposit.

Your pre-operative visit would take place 2 weeks prior to surgery, and can also be handled virtually/by phone. Any additionally required paperwork would be emailed to you in advance. Just to reiterate, while this process may be a little different than how we normally operate, we assure you the level of service and care you will receive will be the same, if not greater, than ever before. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.  We will all get through this together.  We look forward to seeing you soon!

NOTE: If you are sending breast photos, please send a front view and two 90 degree side views.
