Nayak Plastic Surgery is proud to announce the addition of another skilled, experienced nurse injector to our team! Kim Grunzinger, MSN, RN, BC-ACNS.
Like Elizabeth and Racquel, Kim has been performing Botox Cosmetic and filler injections for years. She also has almost twenty years experience with surgical assisting in plastic and cosmetic surgery, dermatologic surgery, and hair transplant surgery.
All 3 of our nurse injectors have established, loyal clienteles and are experts in what they do.
While Dr. Nayak will continue to perform cosmetic injections at his regular, competitive rates for both new and established patients, Racquel, Kim, and Elizabeth will be able to offer extended evening and Saturday hours, complimentary consultations, and reduced cost, all without sacrificing quality.
Ronda Baumann is our Surgical Technician. She assists Dr. Nayak with in-office surgical procedures. She received her Associate of Applied Science Degree-Surgical Technology from Allied College in 2004. Prior to joining Nayak Plastic Surgery, Ronda worked in the Des Peres Hospital operating room for almost six years.
Shannon Huey is one of our front desk receptionist. She is knowledgeable about all of our treatments and procedures. She will be happy to assist you with appointments, pricing, or other concerns. Shannon has worked in the medical and spa field for 10 years and also has an associates degree in business.
Katie Saner is our Patient Care Coordinator. Katie coordinates all of our surgical patients’ care. She is knowledgeable about all of our surgical procedures and helps answer patients’ questions about surgery. She also helps with scheduling of surgery, pre-op and post-op visits, financing and more. Additionally, Katie is a Certified Medical Esthetician and graduated from the Aesthetics Institute of St. Louis in 2006. You can reach Katie at the office or you can email her at questions@nayak.org
Julie Rhodes is our Operating Room Director. She assists Dr. Nayak with our in-office surgical procedures as well as pre and post operative patient care. She received her BSN from Deaconess College of Nursing in 1999. In 2004, she completed the Registered Nurse First Assistant program at Forest Park Community College and received her Certification for Professional Achievement in Perioperative Nursing Practice the same year. Prior to joining Nayak Plastic Surgery, Julie worked in the Des Peres Hospital operating room for almost nine years.
Brook Gavlick is one of our receptionists. She is knowledgeable about all of our treatments and procedures and can assist you with appointments, pricing, or other concerns. Brook is extremely capable and enthusiastic about quality patient care and strives to ensure that you have an excellent experience at our office. Brook received a BA in Communications from UMKC in 2002.
Avani Nayak assists with our Marketing efforts and Vendor relations. Additionally, she helps with patient consultations and can help answer any questions you may have about our office and our treatments. Before working at Nayak Plastic Surgery, Avani worked as a corporate attorney. She received a J.D. from the University of Missouri in 1997.
Elizabeth Weeks, R.N., B.S.N. is one of our Nurse Injectors. Elizabeth has over 3 years experience in injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Juvederm and Restylane. Elizabeth is also experienced in laser procedures such as laser hair removal, IPL, vein removal and laser skin resurfacing. Elizabeth formerly worked at Radiance Medspa in Chesterfield, MO. She graduated with her R.N. and B.S.N. from the University of Missouri in 1999.
Crystal Foster is a member of our team at NPS & ADS. Crystal is one of our front desk receptionists. She will be happy to assist you in scheduling your next appointment. Crystal has been in the healthcare field for several years.
Allie Israelson is our accredited licensed esthetician who performs many types of skin rejuvenating therapies. She trained at Skin Institute where she developed a passion for transforming skin. Allie is proficient in many different skin care lines and techniques. With continuing education classes, hands-on experience and skin care seminars, she has refined her knowledge of skin analysis and skin correction. She is constantly expanding her knowledge of skin care and dedicates herself to helping everyone improve their skin. Allie offers the most current skin care knowledge and customized skin treatments. Treatments include: Facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, makeup application and airbrush spray tan. Her soothing touch and healing nature enable her to provide an exceptional experience.
Racquel Kelly, R.N., B.S.N. is one of our Nurse Injectors. Racquel has years experience in injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Juvederm and Restylane. Kim Grunzinger, M.S.N., R.N., B.C.-A.C.N.S. is one of our Nurse Injectors. Kim has years of experience providing Botox Cosmetic and injectable filler treatments, and has almost twenty years’ experience assisting with surgery in Plastic, Cosmetic, and Dermatologic surgery procedures, including hair transplant.
Jaclyn Lee is one of our Licensed Medical Estheticians. Before returning to the St.Louis area, she was a Makeup Artist in Los Angeles and Orange County. Her work was featured in national magazines and television, including the Academy Awards and Grammy’s. Knowing that great makeup starts with great skin, she returned to St.Louis and attended Skin Institute. With a wide knowledge in esthetics, she is ready to offer you a wide array of services including : facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, full body waxing, makeup application, lash and brow tinting, and airbrush spray tanning. She enjoys educating her clients about their skin, recommending personalized products and treatments, and helping people look and feel better.
Christeen Tate is one of our Medical Assistants. She trained at Midwest Institute and joined Nayak Plastic Surgery in December of 2010. She recovers surgery patients and helps out during office hours. Christeen will be happy to help you in any way possible, from answering questions you might have about surgery to helping you make your next appointment.
Sam Hoffman is one of our Medical Assistants. She joined Nayak Plastic Surgery in November of 2012. She received her RMA in 2011 from St. Louis College of Heath Careers, and completed her internship through Washington University Dermatology. Sam was employed by Washington University Cardiology prior to joining Nayak Plastic Surgery.
