   I was born with a lazy-eye or a ptosis in my right eye. A few years ago my eye doctor told me I had Horners Syndrome. I wanted to know if surgery was still an option for me? I an a 28 year old male and feel the "drooping is becoming progessively worse.

   Ptosis repair is definitely possible, although I do not perform it myself.
